, 2019 – Due to the new Paypal refund policy of not refunding any seller transaction fees when a full refund is issued to buyers I have no choice but to start charging a minimum up to a 6% charge for items that are asked to be cancelled before shipping has occurred. All other issues involving refunds are covered under our “FREE RETURNS POLICY.” Please read below for details on that policy and if you have any questions please contact me.
FREE RETURNS POLICY

(examples: wrong color, wrong size delivered, wrong item, missing parts, etc.)

In the instances that are no fault of our own you will be responsible for return shipping and 20%-30% restocking fees. This means that you will only be issued a
partial refund.
(examples: Does not fit, found a better price, ordered by mistake, etc.)
EXAMPLE: Buyer wants to return a item because the item did not fit. Cost to return the item is . I originally pay the return shipping to have the item shipped back, however, once I receive the item I will then issue an partial refund ( for the return shipping & for the 20% restocking fee would be deducted).
No returns will be accepted unless there's a gross error on my part.
This return policy is in no way trying to discourage buyers as I have always had these policies in place, however, Ebay has recently made it more difficult to choose these options as sellers and have recently advised me to put them in the description section of my listings for them to stay into effect. I have always tried to be as transparent as possible as a seller so hopefully by presenting my FREE RETURNS POLICY in this manner everyone knows what to expect in the case a return is requested. If you have any questions about sizes, measurements, or needing more photos please DO NOT make a purchase until you have your questions answered and are fully confident that you are purchasing an item that you are truly going to be happy with. I will truly try and answer all of your questions in a timely manner so that you can make the best and most informed decision that you possibly can.
